Last week's NUSSO Chalet was such a blast! We checked in at 3pm, I (Charmaine) was late as usual. But the room was lovely! We stayed at Executive Suite Room 2222 (lucky number chosen by me) at Aranda Country Club... There were two bedrooms, one big living room and one kitchen. We were feeling high although the main event - the BBQ - hadn't started. So we sat around, watched Channel 8 local drama and played board games and guitar.

The BBQ started at about 6.30pm, so we went to BBQ Pit No. 2222 =D to start the fire. Alot of us were starving by then, and thanks to our social secretary / welfare officer we had an amazing variety of food for BBQ!
Chonghan and Zhengyang, the two reliable alumni (actually Chonghan just graduated to be called "alumni"), were our satay men for the evening. Look at their muscles!

Emily roasts marshmallows really well! Next time if you have any BBQ please remember to call her down to be your official marshmallow roaster! She roasts them nice and golden brown but unlike Chonghan her marshmallows won't touch charcoal!
of course there were alot of slackers just sitting around waiting for the food to be served!
"OH NO!! So much food to eat, I'm SPOILT FOR CHOICE!!!" Marc thinks to himself. That's not very nice of you Marc, since the others are busy barbequeing the food for you!
anyway i think we really managed to entertain ourselves with whatever we were doing... of course there was alot of socialising ...

there were others who decided that they had too much sugar and were bursting with energy!!!
(heh, me included!)
Anyway, we got our friendly chalet neighbours on level 2 to take a wonderful picture of us!
after which we packed up...
and went to the supermarket to shop for snacks like a BIG HAPPY FAMILY!!
we took quite a while because SOME of us (i'm not mentioning names!) were too attracted by the SUSHI even though we just had DINNER!!!
so after that we went back and did the usual chalet activities,,, play mahjong, watch dvd... sleep...
and got ready for the next day... we went to WILDWILDWET and it was so much fun!!! didn't have our cameras with us, but we bought those pictures they took of us on one of the rides. please appreciate them because we went SO MANY TIMES on the ride just to get the best pictures!!!
everyone got really hungry after WildWildWet, so we went to Burger King although we were meeting Mr Lim in a while for dinner!
okay so then we went to Changi Airport Terminal 2's Swensons' for dinner... after showering of course!! there were SO MANY of us we had to join so many tables and had to get TWO 1 kg ice cream cakes! =) YUMMY!
And here's the star of the evening, Mr. Lim!!!
because it was his birthday (belated to be exact) Swensons' gave him a complimentary Birthday Firehouse sundae! How sweet of them!

So that concludes our chalet, because the next morning we woke up to check out =(
ANYWAY, i'm sure all of us had LOADS of FUN!!!!! =) =) =)
